It's possible with our Commit to be FIT program.  This fitness class is designed to target your fitness and wellbeing.  Weight loss is also a primary focus.  Convenient weekday morning and evening class times and small group settings are our priority.  Cardio, body weight and functional movement exercises will be utilized during this weekend course.


How does this differ from our other classes? Commit to be FIT is designed to incorporate fitness and nutritional changes to your routine. Weight loss isn't just about working out! Special break out sessions are built into this program, specifically designed to target your nutritional goals, too!


Commit to be FIT programs are designed to be adapted to all skill levels.

Our boot camp programs are designed to get you in better shape for the season.  Target goals include developing strength, agility and power.  This course is designed to help convert fatty tissue to lean muscle mass. So, weight loss is often an added bonus! 


Beginners, novice and seasoned vets are all welcome here! Our trainers will have multiple adaptations to fit your needs.
